What is the Official Heart To Heart Music Playlist?

The Official Heart to Heart Music Playlist is the iTunes list of sixty songs I habitually streamed while writing Heart to Heart, the sequel to young adult fantasy Blood To Blood and book two in the Angelica Brown Series.

As you may know from reading some of my posts about musical inspiration, or reading about my background as a music journalist, music is vital in my life and writing; it never gets old and I’m forever searching for new artists and genres to discover. I always stream music while writing–heck I play music no matter what I’m doing, sometimes even when I sleep.

Keep in mind, these songs are not the only music I listened to while writing; nor are they the only songs that inspired the writing. This list is simply the go-to music playlist to access music that supported whatever chapter or scenes were being written at any given moment. Some of the songs are associated with a specific scene, some provide appropriate atmosphere, and some fit a particular character’s personality, mood and/or disposition.

Like the Official Blood To Blood Playlist, the artists and genres are pretty diverse and I’ve prioritized the songs by “Number of Plays” in descending order. Unlike the last official playlist, I didn’t include the album titles. Hopefully you like some of these songs, too!
